Intended. Plate wearers unlock plate, mail wearers unlock mail, etc. Weapons must be equippable by that character.

Pour ceux qui ont le bug des 25 jours de cooldown sur l'alpha :
"Greetings all,
We are aware of an issue causing some spells to go on 25 day cooldowns and we're actively working on a fix. Once the fix goes live, we don't expect the issue to be resolved for characters already in a bugged state. We have received reports that players have taken the following steps that may reset these long cooldowns:
Entering PvP Combat may reset cooldowns.
Entering the Proving Grounds may reset cooldowns.
Logging in and out repeatedly has been reported to lower cooldowns by as much as two days each time.
As always we appreciate your patience, and thank you all for helping us make Legion as epic as possible!"

Je savais pas trop où poster ça mais si jamais des gens veulent tester leur talent artefact et ne veulent ni faire de l'instance ou des quêtes il y'a cette solution
